At Hacksmith Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or a note with your order details inside the box.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
